How Readers Can Get ARC Books
Directly on Amazon Kindle
Send your approved digital review copies straight to your Kindle e-reader, Oasis, Paperwhite, or mobile app in 4 easy steps — no USB cables required.
Click "Send to Kindle" on Your Approved ARC
Locate your approved book in your Reader Library or claim page
After an author approves your review request or you join an active ARC campaign, go to your Reader Dashboard or book details page and click the prominent "Send to Kindle" button.
Instructions:
- Log into your ARC Reader Hub account and open "My Library".
- Select your approved Advance Review Copy title.
- Click the "Send to Kindle" action button to open the delivery manager.
Enter Your Personal Kindle Email Address
Provide your unique @kindle.com email assigned by Amazon
In the popup window, enter your personal Amazon Send-to-Kindle email address. Amazon assigns every e-reader device and Kindle app a unique email ending in @kindle.com.
Instructions:
- Enter your personal Kindle email address (e.g. yourname_123@kindle.com).
- To find your Kindle email on your physical e-reader: Go to Settings → My Account → Send-to-Kindle Email.
- To find it on Amazon Web: Go to Amazon → Account → Manage Content and Devices → Preferences → Personal Document Settings.
Approve Delivery Email on Amazon
Authorize ARC Reader Hub on Amazon so files are accepted by your device
For security, Amazon blocks incoming Kindle files unless the sender’s email address is added to your Approved Personal Document E-mail List. You only need to perform this one-time setup on Amazon once!
Instructions:
- Copy our official delivery address: kindle@arcreaderhub.com
- Log in to Amazon and open: Account → Manage Your Content and Devices → Preferences → Personal Document Settings.
- Scroll down to "Approved Personal Document E-mail List" and click "Add a new approved e-mail address".
- Paste kindle@arcreaderhub.com and click Add Address.

Confirm Delivery & Start Reading
Your watermarked ARC will sync automatically via Wi-Fi
Once authorized, click "Send to Kindle". ARC Reader Hub formats, watermarks, and dispatches the manuscript. Make sure your Kindle or Kindle mobile app is connected to Wi-Fi to auto-sync.
Instructions:
- Click the "Next" button in ARC Reader Hub.
- Turn on Wi-Fi on your Kindle device or open the Kindle App on iOS/Android.
- Your new ARC manuscript will appear in your Kindle library within 1 to 3 minutes!

Where can I find my personal Amazon Kindle email address?
On your Kindle e-reader: Open Settings → My Account → Send-to-Kindle Email. Or visit Amazon.com → Account & Lists → Manage Your Content and Devices → Preferences → Personal Document Settings.
Why do I need to add kindle@arcreaderhub.com on Amazon?
Amazon protects Kindle users from spam documents by rejecting emails sent from unapproved senders. Adding our address to your Amazon "Approved Personal Document E-mail List" authorizes Amazon to deliver files we send to your e-reader.
Do I have to add the approved email on Amazon every time I claim a book?
No! Adding our delivery email to your Amazon account is a quick, one-time setup. Once approved, all future ARC books you claim on ARC Reader Hub will deliver to your Kindle instantly.
Can I read ARC books on the Kindle app for iPhone, iPad, or Android?
Yes! Every Kindle App installed on iOS or Android devices is assigned its own @kindle.com address. Simply find that email in the Kindle App settings and use it for delivery.
